ABOUT LHP

Hi, I’m Britt.

I’m the founder of Limitless Health & Performance.

For nearly 18 years, my work has lived at the intersection of nutrition, health, physique, performance, and increasingly, genetics and nutrigenomics.

Years of education, coaching, competitive bodybuilding, ongoing professional education, and my own health experiences have shaped the way I work today.

At LHP, we start with the fundamentals, look closely at the individual, and use additional information when it helps us make better-informed decisions.

Professional Experience

Nearly 18 years across nutrition, health, physique, lifestyle, genetics, and performance

Credentials matter to me, but so does continuing to learn. Health and performance science continue evolving, and so does the work we do at LHP.

I’ve Always Wanted to Know Why.

My professional background began heavily in nutrition, physique, and performance.

I spent 13 years competing in bodybuilding and ultimately earned IFBB Professional status. That experience taught me an enormous amount about training, nutrition, body composition, discipline, recovery, and adaptation.

But over time, I became increasingly curious about what was happening beyond the visible result.

Why can two people follow similar programs and respond completely differently? Why can something that looks perfect on paper fall flat in real life?

Those questions pushed me to keep learning about functional health, genetics, nutrigenomics, recovery, lifestyle, labs and other available data, and the interconnected pathways that can help us better understand individual response.

Physique and performance are still very much part of LHP. I simply see them through a much wider lens now.

I Haven’t Only Studied This From the Outside.

Part of how I approach this work comes from education and years of working with clients. Another part comes from having to ask many of the same questions about my own body.

My own health history has been complicated, and becoming a mom came with a long road of its own. I experienced PMOS (PCOS), Crohn’s disease, lupus, MCAS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, infertility, and 12 pregnancies with 10 losses before having my two children.

I know what it feels like to be disciplined, informed, and doing everything you think you should be doing while still wondering whether pieces of the picture are missing.

Those experiences changed the way I listen and the questions I ask. I want to understand what someone has already experienced, what they have tried, what seemed helpful, what didn’t, and what information might give us better context moving forward.

Sometimes that means getting back to the fundamentals. Sometimes it means asking better questions or gathering more useful information. Often, it means understanding how seemingly separate pieces may fit together.

Science, Context & the Individual

At LHP, we build programming guidance around the person as a whole.

Nutrition, training, sleep, recovery, stress, lifestyle, health history, available labs and functional data, genetics, supplementation, environment, and real-world response can all provide useful context. Not every piece of information carries the same weight for every person, but together they can help us better understand what may be influencing their experience and where our coaching efforts are best focused.

My role is to organize that information, recognize useful patterns, ask better questions, and translate what we learn into more individualized nutrition, training, lifestyle, supplement education, and performance guidance.

When something falls outside the scope of LHP or deserves medical evaluation, that information can also help a client have a more informed conversation with the appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

Understand the individual. Find the useful information. Apply it with intention.

Sometimes the Missing Piece Is in the Pathway.

Genetics became one of my favorite educational tools because it gives us another way to learn about individual differences and why two people may respond very differently to similar inputs.

Through genetic information, we can learn more about pathways related to nutrient metabolism, methylation, neurotransmitters, cellular defense, oxidative stress, metabolism, training tendencies, recovery, connective tissue, and upstream/downstream relationships.

A genetic result alone is simply information. When we place it alongside nutrition, lifestyle, training, available labs and other relevant context, it can help us ask better questions, learn more about individual tendencies, and personalize coaching and programming guidance.

Genetics do not tell us everything. They give us another layer of information to work with.

More Than One Thing Can Be True.

Nutrition matters. AND individual biology influences response.

Training matters. AND recovery influences adaptation.

Labs provide current information. AND genetics adds another layer of context.

The fundamentals matter. AND sometimes there is another layer worth exploring.

There’s Life Outside the Office, Too.

Outside of LHP, I’m a curious little nugget who is probably learning something, growing something, rescuing a bug from somewhere it absolutely should not be, or explaining why spiders are actually cool.

I love plants, creatures, crunchy living, learning, questioning things, and finding ways to become a better human without pretending there is only one path to get there. I’m open-minded about everything from functional health and nutrition to mindfulness, psychedelics, personal development, nervous-system work, and the strange little experiences that sometimes teach us more about ourselves than we expected.

I also really value humor, family, curiosity, and not taking myself so seriously that life becomes one giant optimization project.

LHP is a huge part of who I am, but it is not all of who I am. I’m still learning, experimenting, growing, changing my mind when better information shows up, and trying to build a life that feels healthy, meaningful, connected, and a little bit weird.
