New coaching relationships begin with an initial consultation and case review.
After you submit your consultation forms and any relevant history, labs, testing, or supporting information, LHP will review everything provided and create a personalized video walking through initial observations, areas that may deserve attention, and what the most appropriate next steps could look like.
This gives us the context to determine which type of support makes the most sense and whether LHP is the right fit.
Initial Consultation & Case Review
There is a fee for the initial consultation and case review. Please submit a consultation request first. If LHP is a good fit for what you’re looking for, you’ll receive next-step instructions along with the consultation fee and payment link directly. If we decide to move forward with coaching or programming afterward, your consultation fee will be applied toward those services.
